Skin colored small bumps all over my body, very itchy!?

I started having these skin colored, very small bumps (that arent easy to be seen unless ur up close ) on my neck and eventually the spread to my chin and now there on my chest and my upper thighs and alittle bit on my arms....there really weird and itch really bad ! There not red except for one little patch on my leg but the rest are all skin colored...? Most of them are not in patches. There spreading very quickly as well. Oh and one question could not bathing often be a possiable cause, because I just went on a long camping trip and didn't get to bathe often. Thank you for helping!
