A few days ago my dog was attacked by a pit bull and almost lost the tip of his tail, they bandaged it and gave me some meds to give him twice a day. This happened on Thursday, and it just came to mind that this dosage may be too big and that's why my dog is showing signs of an allergic reaction now. It's 100mg twice a day. He seems to be very itchy, especially around the ears, and I don't know how to check for swollen legs because he is a shih-tzu and has lots of hair. Help would be appreciated

Symptoms, swollen lymph nodes. etc?

So for about 3 months i've had swollen lymph nodes in my neck, under my jaw, and in my groin area. I considered the possibility of lymphoma until I realized how unrealistic it is that a 19 year old has it. They're hard (some of them) and the other ones are soft. But it's just annoying I mean i'm very thin and tall, about 20 pounds underweight for my height.. It's just annoying I'm sure me touching them constantly doesn't help.. I have a 3 inch by 3 inch blister which popped and opened up on the sole of my foot. The skin is no longer present. I went to the doctor and they put on penicillin, but during the next visits they changed the prescription to soaking salts in order to dry the wound. (domeboro) (attempted to go to a specialist, but they wouldnt take my insurance) It has been 2 weeks and every 3-4 hours the bandages will up with puss. Any idea how much longer this should last or what else I can do. Currently, I soak 3 times a day with domeboro and keep it covered.

yesterday I got my nose and cartilage pieced at a professional tattoo and piercing parlor (they did not use a gun...) and my nose is fine (a little red but he told me to expect that) but my right ear is really swollen. Skin colored small bumps all over my body, very itchy!?

I started having these skin colored, very small bumps (that arent easy to be seen unless ur up close ) on my neck and eventually the spread to my chin and now there on my chest and my upper thighs and alittle bit on my arms....there really weird and itch really bad ! There not red except for one little patch on my leg but the rest are all skin colored...? Most of them are not in patches. There spreading very quickly as well. Severely enlarged tonsils with no pain?

Me and everybody that knows me have agreed that my tonsils are probably the gnarliest, nastiest looking tonsils they've ever seen. Not pus wise. My left one is pretty in flamed and has signs of yellowish streaks on it. Weird not clumps or balls of food just like yellowish whitish streaks all over the tonsil but its not that noticeable unless i look real closely in the mirror. The left one is not the problem. Although the right is one is so huge that it is literally dipped into my throat probably halfway, well at least thats how it feels. It is one huge puffy not hard but firm tonsil but when it ends on the bottom is another pink colored firm fleshy tonsil looking growth. They are both the exact same size almost and same color texture almost as if it is made of the same tissue/tonsil. But it is one then it gets a little smaller and another tonsil-looking lump hanging from it in to my throat. It doesnt hurt at all ever, not even to swallow. But it does feel like I have something lodged in my throat and it feels irritating to swallow saliva because nothing makes the feeling go away. Eventually it goes away on its own for a little while and comes back. Then sometimes I have trouble breathing through my mouth so it seems. It hurts if I press on it from the outside under my chin on the side under my jaw like on the neck you can feel the right one since it is so inflamed. I cant really see no pus on the right one but the other day I gargled salt water with a few drops of lime juice and I coughed up to little mushy yellow balls. They looked like tonsil stones but when I saw them I immediately squooshed them with my fingers to feel the texture. They easily pulverized into a mashed potato like substance that smelled awful. These were probably tonsil stones, I dont know. But the problem remains the super huge right tonsil. That looks like a pair of testicles almost. Im 17 I used to smoke cigarettes for almost a year, stupid of me ******* myself up so young, came to my senses and stopped. Hopefully the damage hasnt been officially done and its far away from cancer of the throat. But still I want these gone. Ive been prescribed ampicillin, penicillin (oral & injection), amoxicillin, salt & lemon gargles nothing works. I even went to an ancient mexican healer that healed swollen tonsils by "breaking" some nerves in the neck and arm. (last resort) My father was healed that way and never had problems with his tonsils ever again. But it did not work on me. Some doctors recommend a tonsillectomy but honestly i dont want to get rid of my tonsils, not so much because I need them but Im the kind of person that doesnt like something being ripped out of his body unless its a life and death situation. Im thinking of homeopathy. I dont know, what other options do I have?

Puggles eyes are swollen and look very sore...?

Our 4 year old puggle stayed with a friend this week while we were away on vacation and around Wednesday, they called and said her eyes were swollen and red on the outside. We just got home yesterday and picked her up and there is some discharge and they are very swollen and look very sore. We wrapped her paws with adhesive bandage tape to help her from scratching at them and also put a cone on her. We have also been giving her some canine eye drops to help with irritation. I assume we should take her to the vet to get her some antibiotics, correct? How much do you think this will cost and are there any other remedies we can do for the time being to help her with the discomfort?

I have a gash on my back that I can't cover...?

While cleaning one of the closets a few days ago without my shirt on, a brick fell on my upper back between my two shoulders. Luckily it only left a maybe 1 square inch gash on my upper shoulders in the middle. I immediately h2o2'd it, let it dry and applied iodine. The only problem is that I have band-aids that would only fall off. I applied medical guaze and had my wife tape that onto my back but that would only fall off by moving certain ways. This wound is on the worst place of my body to heal quickly because I can't get any kind of bandage to stay on it. Also, I'm sweating a lot as it's summer, and it burns so bad when sweat touches it. Gauze stuck to my toe ?

I had my toenail removed about 4 days ago and well the gauze under the bandage is stuck to the dried blood. I'm extremely sensitive to pain so I've tried to pull it but, through hysterics and lots of crying, didn't manage to get it off because I'm to much of a wuss. There's cat that we think was abandoned when someone moved out and left it behind. She is very friendly and the people that live in these apartments all take care of her. She is very clean and healthy looking. She's well fed and at a healthy weight. We don't know how old she is but looks like at least 3 years old but it's hard to tell so she might be a lot older. She is white with gray spots and very cute so everyone calls her Pretty Kitty. I was petting her and caught a glimpse of her eyes. This was the first time I've ever seen her. At first I thought her eyes were part brown and part blue. I was horrified to find that there was a blue-gray eyelid thing? It's really hard to describe. I searched online and I think it's called the nictitating membrane. It starts at the inner corner of her eyes and covers part of her eyes (like a little over 1/3 of them) not the whole thing. I'm pretty sure I'm the first to notice this so maybe it just started recently. She seems to be able to see okay. I was thinking maybe it was a cat fight injury but its on both eyes and there aren't any signs of any injuries. There aren't any other symptoms that I know of. She is very friendly and loves to be pet. She doesn't seem to be in pain or have vision problems but animals are good at not showing pain. I am going to see if maybe people in these can pool their money together to pay for a vet visit. One time she had a cat fight injury and someone cleaned and bandaged it so I know people care. I'm really worried and we are going to get her vet care as soon as we can. She's usually some where near the apartments cause that's where she sleeps and eats but it isn't always the same spot every night. I hope we will be able to find her easily. I am aware that this is no substitute for a vet and we are taking her in. I just want to know if anyone here has seen this before, what it is and how animals recover from it. If you take no risk being a smaller fighter...you have no chance.He has to get in there and takes some Shots even just to score points if nothing else.There was a prime example last night on FNF''s.I cant remember the fighters names but it was a good one.That smaller shorter fighter fought with everything he had...and won the crowd but lost the fight.In my opinion not by much if he did at all. the only reason i say that is because the belt holder was doing a great job as well.But dodging head and body shots coming fast and frequent..I enjoy a fight like that.Everything was against the smaller man.But not according to him.My friend i can never size up your great list.but i do feel what you are saying.thank you.

What is going on with my tonsils?

Every couple months since I can remember as a child, into adulthood, my tonsils have swelled up and hurt like crazy to where I cannot even swallow. My mom always took me to the doctors and they never mentioned taking them out, they just continued to put me on antibiotics which obviously never worked. Now that I am 25 I can feel when it is going to happen. I start by being very tired, and then I get pressure and pain at the bottom of my neck and it works it's way up my head, I get feverish, and then BAM! My tonsils are in emmense amounts of pain, and when I look in the mirror...THEY ARE HUGE< SWOLLEN< AND RED> never white patches or anything like that just very red in color and swollen. Dont tell me to go see a doctor. I know i should see a doctor. I am just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else and if it is something more than just bothersome tonsils? I no longer have medical insurance so unless it is life-threatening I just kind of have to deal with it.

SO I have a sister who is known for lying and stealing and is nothing like the rest of my family. 2 weeks ago the day before my graduation she has to be taken to the er. Sheis having pain in her left eye. They cant find anything wrong. 2 more trips to the er and she gets a maybe its scratches on your eye or maybe its eyeritis it could even be a swollen retina. So they send her to the eye doc. The doc says you have totally healthy eyes and he says it might be neurological. So 2 mri's and a brain doc later he says oh her brain is fine lets get a 2nd opinion with a dif eye doc. So my dilema is this is a girl who has not even attempted to remove the eye pads and ace bandage from her eyes that no doctor even recomended she be using. The doctors just keep prescribing her vicodin which she is taking alot of. For a pain nobody can seem to locate. Oh I guess now she is in my living room trying to see if she can see by taking the eye pads off. My problem is my mom is so stressed out over this and me and my sister have no idea how to tell her that her daughter is full of ****.

Cut on face will not stop bleeding even after stitches.?

About a week ago I had an accident. I got a 5 inch slash on my face, running almost vertical from my jaw to just below my hairline,close to my ear on the left side of my body. the cut was pretty deep, I had to have two sets of stitches put on, one in the internal part of the cut and the other set- "24" stitches on the outside, the problem i'm having is that my face swelled up as soon as the stitches were put in place and im still bleeding about week later, after a couple days the swelling had not gone down and i was bleeding from the bottom of the laceration, so I made a visit to the ER I was told it was blood pooled up in my face due to a blood clot causing the swelling. The doctor then proceeded to make aditional perforations and squeezed some of the blood out,after a couple more days the swelling did go down, but not sure if it was due to the "squeezing" of the blood or the big bandage that was wrapped around my face for the next couple of days. I went back on Thursday to have them remove soutures and was told Id have to wear the bandage again.I have been bleeding the whole time, the doctor said i could swell up again.. so im going back in tomorrow to have them remove more soutures they placed in my cut. Could there be anything they are missing? its been seven days and im still bleeding.

What is wrong with me?

Today, i crashed with my motorcycle, nothing serious, i just got a medium big road rash on my leg. I didn't want to tell my parents cause i know they would get upset (im 15, i live with my parents of course). When i got home, the road rash was really hurting, so i thought i should get a bandage for it. But when i got to the medicine cabinet, i saw there was only 1 bandage left. Then i thought, "what if someone else needs a bandage in the future, what if they cant handle the pain as well as i can?" So i didn't take it, cause i didn't want anyone else to have the pain i was having. The feel of empathy for this fictitious person was enormous, even though no one was hurt. It was just my imagination... Now my "rash" is not hurting so much anymore but the bottom line is, i didn't take a bandage cause i thought someone else will need it more than i do at some point in the future.... This doesn't seem normal/healthy. Whats wrong with me?

What kind of cat is my cat?

We know she is not a Bombay or a Tuxedo-Cat. She is fully black, and has one little dapple of white fur on her chest. She also has a 'heart'-shaped patch of white fur between her back legs on her belly. (I don't know if this will help any, but it may) She is 11 years old and is starting to grow very few white hairs on the back of her neck. and one of her paws is spackled with very dark gray fur.

Sharp shooting pain in head, is it serious?

Hi I'm 15 and today while I was playing video games I felt a popping sensation toward the middle of my head more towards where my neck is located. After that I felt a quick sharp pain towards the back of my neck, after the pain my neck felt hot like if it were burning. After theses sensations went away I got another sharp intense pain that started on left side of the back of my neck and it ran up towards the left side of my head and the pain reached my ear. This pain lasted about 30 seconds. Could this be serious? I sometimes get anxious and I'm worried about strokes and aneurysms.

Found an injured pigeon; What can I do to help it?

I found a white pigeon with certain brown markings the other day in Orange Crest. It couldn't fly so I checked it and it's wing was really injured. When I took it home, I cleaned it up real good and found that it had a giant splinter in it's wing, which I pulled out. I think that it may have been attacked by an animal in the neighborhood. It looks very healthy besides it's wing. He has a healthy appetite and everything. Currently I am cleaning the wound with hydrogen peroxide 3 times daily since I am not sure that triple antibiotic is safe for it. I also wanna bandage it's wing so that it doesn't move it around a lot but everything I try, it gets pulled off. So all I wanna know is what I can do to help it get better fast and what I can get to make it a little more comfortable. Thanks guys

Kicked in the lower head area?

I was wondering if it's possible to get a concussion from a kick to the lower back of the head. Before anyone assumes anything, no I am not abused. My dad was just messing around and it was an accident. I felt nauseous for a bit after but also it should be taken into account that I had my meal not long before, and my dad assumes it was from that. And I was very fatigued. But this could also be because I have problems with sleeping, it's not as though it isn't common for me to be tired. My dad said it's not possible for me to have one because of where he kicked me, because a concussion is swelling of the brain or something along those lines. I don't really know much about them myself, just that it's dangerous to fall asleep with one. Is there a possibility I could have one? It was pretty sure it was just above where the head meets the neck on the left side.

If it hurts that bad to the point where you feel crying, even when it's bandaged up really well, I wouldn't play. It wouldn't be overreacting if you told your coach you couldn't play because of your foot. I couldn't play basketball because someone litterly jumped and fell on me and I hit the tender spot of my foot. So I said I couldn't play.

Can I have my 6 month old boxers tail docked?

I have a 6 month old boxer with an un-docked tail. I want to have it docked due to the fact that he wags it so hard and smacks it on stuff, that he literally breaks the skin and then it starts bleeding and he sprays blood all over the place and I'm constantly having to clean blood off my walls, my refrigerator, my stove, etc. I put bandages on the tail end, and he just keeps taking them off and then eating them. And then I have to give him peroxide to make him throw them back up because if I don't, then he'll become backed up and he could potentially die. We're getting him fixed soon and we would probably just have the tail done at that time if it is possible to have it done at this age. I'm not doing this to make him look "cool". If your legal guardian/s know about your habit, you could see if you can create an agreement with them... for example, if you can not chew your nails for 6 months, you can get something really expensive as a reward. then, keep this up to try to motivate yourself, and hopefully by then, you'll have forgotten your habit. If you need help, go see a psychologist. This could be because you are nervous. BE CONFIDENT! tell yourself that you don't need to chew your nails, force yourself to stop. treat yourself. My guess would be that the swelling would go down. think of it this way. if you get a cut, after a while, it heals up. assume the same for your fingers, although i'm not positive.

My wound isn't hot but it's red surrounding it!?

i fell off my bike about a week ago. and although it was a big scrape, it didn't bleed at all. once i got home 2hrs later i cleaned it with alcohol and washed it. i've been putting clean gauze every day and bandaging it whenever i hit the trails, and running some water and soap in the showed. it's already scabbed up. but you can see a red outline around it. it's not hot, but i'm worried it might be infected. it hurts more when i poke the actual scab than the surrounding. the scab is normal dark red color. if anything when i was cleaning it and the first few days, watery blood would come out. but only a drop or two if i stretched it and re opened some parts. a foot below, at my ankle, i scrapped it up a bit, and it's just now a bit swollen, if the top wound is infected, could the infection have run down to my ankle? that one doesn't hurt when i poke it, and the scab is already falling off.

I badly sprained my ankle on Saturday, like normal it has swollen up very much. I have heard of R.I.C.E. And i am putting ice on in, i am trying to compress it with bandages, and i am elevating it. But here is the problem, i am in high school and i go to school 5 days a week. I am in the middle of exams and can't afford to take a break off school, so i am not being able to rest it. In the morning the swelling of my ankle has gone down quite a bit but as i am going to school every day i am constantly walking on it, so by the time i get home it is as big as before. "Safety first" boxers like Floyd Mayweather, Michael Nunn, Tyrone Crawley, Pernell Whitaker, Chris Byrd, etc get reamed by pundits because of their boring style. I suppose ideally, a fighter that can outbox boxers and outbrawl brawlers, like maybe Marvin Hagler, is seen as a complete fighter. Manny's jab output vs Mosley was anemic, but he still got the job done. And from what i have seen, there have been countless articles on Manny Pacquiao's improvement from a one dimensional fighter who only relied on a straight left while lifting his back foot, to what he has become today. Obviously, the term "one dimensional" is a suspect one because to be a professional fighter, you obviously have to do more than one thing pretty good. Even Mayweather stood flat footed against Shane Mosley and a few others in his career.

I had a little piece of skin hanging in my mouth, so i bit it, and next thing i knew, under my lip, a nice fingernail sized section was missing. The next day it was swollen like crazy, and it's a yellowish bump. I swish every day, and make sure to keep my mouth clean, but is it at more of a risk for infection? I can't bandage it up or anything, so do I just let it sit for a few more days?

Bad Wrist Pains! Any help?

For the past 3 weeks I have been playing tennis. I took a week off to go to Dallas, Texas. When I came back today and played tennis again my wrist was hurting and won't stop. It's been 6 hours since my practice and it's hurting still. When I twist my wrist it hurts, BAD. There's loud cracking sounds when I rotate my wrist. I have never hurt my wrist before and I don't know what to do. I also play softball and it hurts when I play. Can anyone help? Would stabilizing my wrist help? Burn blister has popped please HELP !!!!!?

My 3 year old touched my iron and burned her wrist ,it blistered up straight away (about the size of 5p) i bandaged it up but the following day she insisted i take the bandage off so i took it off for a bit to let it breathe and 10 mins later she is crying as the blister had popped so i bandaged it up again (big mistake) tried to take the bandage off but it was stuck to the open blister i did eventually get it off. I remember my dad only being able to play video games as recent as the N64 (even that is pushing it). Any console after that he said there were "too many buttons" for him to get the hang of it. Honestly old school games were much more difficult than the games we have now. And the internet wasn't as easily available for gaming help. Games for the NES and other older consoles could only be beat with hours of practice, and discovering cryptic things to advance in the game. So that's why I think newer games aren't taken as seriously anymore. They are much easier to beat, and its so easy to just look something up while stuck.

I am 17 and I am going to London and France this summer as an exchange girl. I am going to be traveling with an 18 year old French girl but I am extremely worried about pickpocketers. My yearling (horse) bites and kicks!?

Your yearling sounds exactly like mine did. He is a rescue and had very bad manners. It was to the point that we could not even go into the pasture. One time he reared up and came down on my husbands shoulders and nearly killed him. In January one of my horses coliced. When the vet came out to see him, Rocket was up to his old trick. He was really showing out. So when he took my colicky horse to his hospital, I sent Rocket along too thinking that gelding him would do the trick. WRONG! So I went to my local coop and ask this lady that worked there if she knew of someone who could take him and teach him some manners that wouldn't break me. That afternoon a young man called and told me that not only was he a trainer, but also a farrier. Rocket's feet looked horrible and he refused to stand for the farrier. So I let this young man take him to his farm for three weeks. He worked with him every day and when he brought him home, I thought it was someone else's horse. He is now very calm, stands for the farrier, no longer bites or kicks. I have had a life-long affiliation with horses, but to this day I don't know how to get them to behave, at least with situations such as this one. I strongly suggest you find someoone who has experience with yearlings and send him for some lessons in good manners. Believe me, you will never be sorry for doing this, you will be very thankful. My Huge health concern?

I was on depression medication for two weeks. While taking it, I took 6-10 tylenol pms daily. Then for week or two, I took 4-6 nyquils a day. Now my entire shoulder/neck and left arm hurts, I feel extremely worn out every day, and I feel dizzy. Even the white part of my eyes (on the bottom) are yellowish red. I dont know if I just caught something because I already have high blood pressure and cholesterol. What could it be?

What is going on with my ankle (kind of medical)?

Last night, I might have sprained my left ankle, so I got an Ace bandage and wrapped it around my foot and ankle. It was a little too tight but I went to sleep with it on anyway. Unfortunately I made A very poor choice and IV'd (or so i thought) medication. I think I may of injected 4mg of Dilaudid into an artery, there is a huge bump on my forearm in an irregular shape. Could I do anything to to make a pulled neck muscle go away in about a day or two?

I get those all the time, and some stuff that helps is to put heat on it. What I usually do is take a wet paper towel and put it in a plastic bag in the microwave for about 30 seconds then take it out and just lay on your bed or couch or something until it gets cold. but the main thing that helps is SLEEP. Just sleep a lot and I don't know if it will go away in a day or two but sleep really does help. So if pull it one day then just get more and more sleep each day it will be less painful until finally after aout three or four days its gone, but apply a lot of heat and sleep a lot and maybe it will go away in a day or two.

I'm getting a nose pericing, not a ring just a diamond small, so there's only one hole. My school does not allow guys to have pericings so I will have to where those little bandages over it for zits. But I don't want to have to do that the whole year so how long do I have to where the pericing to where I don't have to where it at school and can just put it in after school?

African grey wing amputation?

ok my african grey had to have his wing amputated 2 days ago. My vet's instructions are to bring him back monday for a bandage change, antibiotics BID, and a med for pain and inflammation. He said if Ringo starts to get painful he'll pick the stitches out and chew on himself where the little nub is. Welllll this morning he was in his birdy burrito to get the antibiotic and he wiggled out of his bandage. So I let my vet know and I'm waiting for a response. My question is, has anyone had to deal with this before? If so I'd love some advice. Ringo is really upset with me since I've been giving the meds and I'm trying to make sure he survives! I got him new toys to play with and I've been trying to give him extra attention and I leave my computer running with music and animations while I'm gone. He doesn't want to play or take treats

Why is my computer crashing this way?

Ok, so Im playing World of Warcraft, and me and my arena team are in the heat of battle. The match is getting close as a teamate falls right after an opponent is slain. As the number of dead gladiators rises it apears that it has finally narowed down to me and 1 opponent. We lock gazes as I push out the cheering and quick battle tips from my dead companions rooting me on. As the excitement builds up between me and the other fighter, we meet head to head in the midst of the arena and ferociously clash and parry our swords. Before the other gladiator relizes it he has made a terrible mistake in his battle rotation, leaving him vulnerable to attack. He knows he has been bested even before I deal the final blow. I raise my sword, preparing to thrust it through his skull then all of a sudden- SCREEEEEEEEEEEECH -_- My heart jumps as a solid color screen apears on my monitor with a loud background noise of what seems to be pacman on steriods. I cant even describe to you in words how frustrated I feel at this moment. Ive let down 4 of my teamates all because of what? A technical difficulty? Its just ridiculous. What could be causing this? It happens very frequently and it is very anoying. The solid colour is random every time and the noise is just god awful. The only way to fix the problem is to manually turn off my computer with the power button. I use Windows 7 and I have a dell labtop. Why is my computer crashing this way?

How to prevent scarring when cut is almost healed?

I had a bad big abrasion on my skin, had cleaned it daily and always covered it with neosporin and bandage, and than i would start to let it breathe and air out, since it has stopped pussing, and all of the crust is off of it. Now the skin is just red on it, it looks like it is very close to healing. Thing is, what if it leave a big huge scar area? A whole area of scar tissue? Ick! How can I prevent this from happening at this point? Should I put more neosporin on it, or will that just throw off natures course since it is already healing? Only asking because ppl always say neosporin prevent scars.

Has anyone had the titanium plate crack while still in the neck?

In 1996 i had a double disc surgery in my neck. They used coral implants with a titanium plate to secure. 3 years ago i had an xray taken that showed the plate had cracked in half. I had requested the xray due to discomfort in the area of the surgery. Recently i had another xray taken and it revealed that the bone is starting to grow over the top of the plate. My throat always feels scratchy, i have lots of mucus and pressure on the location causes me to cough or discomfort. I am looking for answers ~ Tammy

I have a cut just above my big toe on my left foot. Normally I would just do a normal wrap for a cut like this, but it is in an awkward position. On a size 13(men's) foot, it is roughly 5cm from the base of the toe nail, it is the same distance away from my heel, as my pinky toe. Because of this, it is quite hard to wrap it. Any suggestions?

Is my wrist still chipped?

2 weeks ago i chipped a bone in my wrist, i went to the hospital and they confirmed it was a chip and i was given a half cast (only 1 plaster slab). The wierd thing is the doctor said, 6 weeks to heal, 4 if your lucky. But even right now i unwrapped the bandages because it felt loose and i noticed no pain in my wrist, it feels great, but ofcourse feels weak. i find it very hard to believe that a chipped wrist bone can heal in 2 weeks, is this possible and is my wrist still chipped? thank you

So I went to the doctor on Thursday. I got an x-ray and the doctor said there were no broken bones at all. Which made me happy. :) Anyways he said to take ibuprofen or something like that, but my parents just said to use this pain relieving cream called Icy Hot. It didn't really do anything. I wrapped my ankle with the ace bandage that my doctor gave me and the bump on my ankle started to heal a little. It's been like a week now and it's not healing. I'm stuck in my room and when I try to walk, I limp and my foot hurts like crazy. Can anyone help me?

Hello, I am an EMT. As long as its wet keep a bandaid on it. I would also use neosporin for antibacterial purposes. Just switch the bandaid out for a new one twice a day or when one bandaid gets old or dirty.

I fell on my longboard yesterday on the road , I put my foot down to push it and my foot slid and scraped my entire leg up on my knee about half way down my shin and on the whole top of my foot. It didnt ating that bad after , then I got home about an hour later washed it out put neosporin on and bandages, at night they fell off then when I went to sleep I couldnt sleep at all. Terrible stinging and pain. Today it hurts sooo bad. my legs cant stop shaking and it is intense pain. Its red all around it about two inches thick around. I put neosporin and bandages on just barely and the pain is so bad I cant walk im crying and cant move. It might sound exagerated but it honestly hurts terribly. Problem with fingers, please assist?

Last year I started a cookery course and straight after that, I started getting sort of hard skin and bit of tears (not cuts while cooking) in my thumb and indexing finger of my right hand. after using so many creams, bandages etc, the problem goes and comes back again. been more than one year. doctor says it would never go away. it will keep coming back. finger/s start looking better and than there is sort of inflammation followed by a very very small tear and it hurts. could somebody kindly assist me about what is this? why is this? (it does hurt and humiliate in front of other people) and how to get rid of this problem permanently? Please !

Why does my pacman frog keep flipping upside down?

For the third time today I walked into my room to find my baby pacman frog flipped over on its back. What can this mean? I've been consistently maintaining the temperature/humidity according to what the pet store recommended. I just bought him a couple weeks ago and he has never been very active. I know this isn't the answer that you want but trust me, don't do it. I sprained my ankle over a year ago and now its chronically sprained and I'm frequently in pain. After spraining that one, I recently sprained my other one which didn't heal correctly either and now I can't wear heels (I'm a girl), jump well, or run without a brace. They're stiff when I get up in the morning and just a pain. Also, to get a big bandage, not just an ace, you have to have a really bad sprain most likely involving a torn ligament. Please be smart and don't do this.

Sharp shooting pain in head, is it serious?

Hi I'm 15 and today while I was playing video games I felt a popping sensation toward the middle of my head more towards where my neck is located. After that I felt a quick sharp pain towards the back of my neck, after the pain my neck felt hot like if it were burning. After theses sensations went away I got another sharp intense pain that started on left side of the back of my neck and it ran up towards the left side of my head and the pain reached my ear. This pain lasted about 30 seconds. Could this be serious? I sometimes get anxious and I'm worried about strokes and aneurysms.
