Should Ortiz, Bradley & khan fight each other first to build their names for a crack at Pacman?

By the time they were done fighting each other, Manny Pacquiao is already retired. It could be Ortiz or Bradley but not Amir Khan. Amir doesn't want it since he will lose Freddie Roach. Manny need to wear protective head gear if he want to fight Bradley who is known to head butt his opponent. It is more likely that it will be David Ortiz as Manny's next opponent.
