What is going on with my ankle (kind of medical)?

Last night, I might have sprained my left ankle, so I got an Ace bandage and wrapped it around my foot and ankle. It was a little too tight but I went to sleep with it on anyway. When I woke up this morning, I undid the bandage because it itched. I slowly began to notice 3 spot on my ankle that were a little swollen and even if I dug my nail into them, I couldn't feel anything. It has been about 18 hours since and they are still there. One, if i press on it, hurts under the bump, but I still can't fell it if I dig my nail into the skin. That one is on the top on the ankle, but closer to the inside. another is on my Achilles heel and the other right above the end of the fibula that forms the little ball on the outside of the ankle. I a little panicked about what is wrong so please help me out
