Burn blister has popped please HELP !!!!!?

My 3 year old touched my iron and burned her wrist ,it blistered up straight away (about the size of 5p) i bandaged it up but the following day she insisted i take the bandage off so i took it off for a bit to let it breathe and 10 mins later she is crying as the blister had popped so i bandaged it up again (big mistake) tried to take the bandage off but it was stuck to the open blister i did eventually get it off. I have now wrapped a cold compress around it for now, any suggestions on what i can do now do i cover it with someting else or do i leave it open ???? Please HELP
