What should we do if a person with no doctor's degree is giving medicine to people?

i have seen a hospital in India where a person with no degree in treating people is giving medicine to people and administering injections doing bandages and prescribing medicine what should we do to stop this type of activity if some one can givev me a number of any authority i will call and inform him??
