What is the "Haunted Area" on the sidewalk in the Independence community; Winter Garden, Florida? 34787?

We live in the Independencecommunity found in Winter Garden, Fl. We were walking and found an entire sidewalk block spray painted with the words "Haunted Area" with a pacman ghost after the words. I've googled it..i got nada. So now i'm "Yahooing" it! haha! Any insight?
