Should I put a bandage on this cut or leave it? (Pics)?

Hello, I am an EMT. As long as its wet keep a bandaid on it. I would also use neosporin for antibacterial purposes. Just switch the bandaid out for a new one twice a day or when one bandaid gets old or dirty.
