Makeshift bandage? Quickly, still bleeding?

I have a cut just above my big toe on my left foot. Normally I would just do a normal wrap for a cut like this, but it is in an awkward position. On a size 13(men's) foot, it is roughly 5cm from the base of the toe nail, it is the same distance away from my heel, as my pinky toe. Because of this, it is quite hard to wrap it. Any suggestions?
