Is it safe to get a tattoo if your pregnant?

Ok! So I am 9 weeks pregnant now, and I was wondering if i could get a tattoo, on the back of my neck now i know its no where near the baby, but I havent seen a woman get a tattoo when she was pregnant so I was just wondering if it was safe for me to get one should I just wait. :)
