If pacquiao agree's to the demands of mayweather,would floyd finally fight pacquiao?

I've been reading articles of Pacquiao and floyd...floyd asking for olympic drugtest,100million paycheck,one mayweather representative to actually see pacquiao in training etc....If pacquiao agree's,would floyd finally fight pacman or he will insist for another demand for the fight wont happen?...what's your opinion?
