I was circumcised on monday, help please...?

ok ive been told to wear tight briefs instead of boxers and to rest. so ive rested and stayed in bed since monday but havent worn any underwear since monday as its just to saw even with briefs. is this ok? i also am meant to be going to collect my new bike on friday, do you think this will be ok if i take it easy and ride slower and dont over do it? i just cant spend weeks in bed waiting for it to properly heal up , and any solutions to helping me wear clothing? i though maybe rapping a bandage around it there for when i put clothes on it wont rub on my glands? thanks for your help. p.s i dont need any old men going on about how i made a mistake it was for medical reasons and i feel and look like **** enough how it is, thanks.
