What is the proper amoxicillin dosage for a 20 pound dog?

A few days ago my dog was attacked by a pit bull and almost lost the tip of his tail, they bandaged it and gave me some meds to give him twice a day. This happened on Thursday, and it just came to mind that this dosage may be too big and that's why my dog is showing signs of an allergic reaction now. It's 100mg twice a day. He seems to be very itchy, especially around the ears, and I don't know how to check for swollen legs because he is a shih-tzu and has lots of hair. Help would be appreciated

ok so on monday in art i was using a lino cuter for my work i got distractedan and stabbed it write in my thumb , i put my other hand around it and when i took it off it was bleeding like hell ! i went to the sink and washed my hand and went to the office to get a plaster . when i got home it was throbbing like hell to i cant even use my thumb proply it looks like nothing but it really hurts,right now i have got a small bandage on my thumb but it its still throbing ,iv got school in 1 hour ,should i just keep the bandage on ? thankss

I got my toenail removed from my big toe today and it hurts REALLY bad...?

I had a really bad fungus under my toenail and I had to get it removed. I can't put any kind of pressure on it, and even just sitting here it is throbbing. I still have the initial bandage on it that the nurse put on, and when I try to peel it off gently it feels like I'm ripping the skin right off. It hurts really bad. Will the bandage fall off if I just leave it on when I go to soak my feet? Or should I use scissors to cut it off? Also have to take Lamosil for 3 months, to get rid of the fungus. Can you chop that up because I'm not good at swallowing pills? Thanks.

The weight between Pacquaio and Marquez would be around the same whether if they fight at 140 or 147. It's not a big deal. But the question is how much Pacquaio has improved and Marquez is not getting any younger. But styles makes fights so I think Pacquaio will have some trouble with Marquez early but I do think he will beat Marquez. There is nothing else really for Pacquaio, Marquez is the best option as far as money and popularity.
